What is your payment policy?

For our standard catering menu: You must submit payment within 24 hrs (1 full day) of submitting an order. Send your bank transfer confirmation screenshot to our team via WhatsApp 876-402-1047.

Full amount or total of order is required to finalize your order. Payment is required within 24 hrs.

For our wedding packages:You must submit payment within 72 hrs (3 full days) of submitting an order for our package. Send your bank transfer confirmation screenshot to our team via WhatsApp 876-402-1047.

50% of the total for the wedding package selected is required to finalize your order. The deposit payment is required within 72hrs. The final payment is required the day before the event or date selected.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

For our standard catering menu: If for any reason you need to cancel, WhatsApp Us to request cancellation. Please note the cancellation rules below.

Cancel more than 48 hrs (more than 2 days) before event or date selected: 100% refund of total
Cancel within 48 hrs (less than 2 days) of event or date selected: 50% refund of total

For our wedding packages: If for any reason you need to cancel, WhatsApp Us to request cancellation. Please note the cancellation rules below.

Cancel more than 7 days (more than 1 week) before event or date selected: 100% refund of total
Cancel within 7 days (less than 1 week) of event or date selected: forfeited deposit received (no refund)

Do you offer buffet 'server' services?

At this time, we only offer buffet 'server' service for our wedding packages.

How do I get a quote for my event?

No need. Our goal is to save you as much time as possible. All our prices are listed within our menu. If you're looking for something more elaborate, reach out to us via WhatsApp and we'll try to help.

How is my food packaged for pickup/delivery?

We package your order in foil trays with lids. This allows you to reheat food items in the oven or store for a later time. If you need your order individually boxed, please select that option during online ordering.

How much advance or notice is needed to order for an event?

For our standard catering menu:

We need a minimum 3 full days notice

For our wedding packages coming soon:

We need a minimum 14 days (2 full weeks) notice

What does 'Feeds' mean on the menu?

Good question! We used a measured approach to establish how much or for how many people our food trays that we provide to you will FEED. For a better idea see our measurements below. You use this to help you decide on how to share among your guests.

We know our people like to 'Mek Tings Stretch' and you're free to do that :). Our only recommendation is that on the day of your event, choose a measured (one size per food item type) sharing tool/utensil so you know your guests are being DISH'D equally.

Per person/ feeds 1 measurement:

For sides: rice, potatos, macaroni - 1 cup
For chicken: 1 Leg quarter
For goat: 1 cup
For festival: 3 festivals
For toss salad: 1 salad tong full
For steamed veg: 1 cup
For wings: 3 wings

Can I customize menu items or create my own package?

:) Our menu was specifically designed to allow you to customize or create your own catering package. Whether you have 8 vegans, 25 pescatarians or 50 family members who love wings, you get to decide.

For wedding packages, we know its a very special day. We'll consider a new menu item, or new delivery location but will need more information from you. Please connect with us via WhatsApp.
